These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of www.reoengine.com (the "Site"), operated by Collabricon Corporation ("REOEngine," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Scope. These terms cover this marketing website only. Access to and use of the REOEngine application at app.reoengine.com is governed by a separate written agreement between us and the brokerage that licenses it. Nothing here grants you any right to use the application.

Use of the Site

You may view and use the Site for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or the servers and networks that support it

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or any related system

• Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or copy Site content, except for standard search engine indexing

• Use the Site to transmit unlawful, misleading, or harmful material

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting information to us

Intellectual property

The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, product screenshots, illustrations, layout, and design — are owned by Collabricon Corporation or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. "REOEngine" and the REOEngine logo are our trademarks.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

Information you submit

If you submit information through the Request Access form or otherwise contact us:

• You represent that the information you provide is accurate

• You agree that your submission is not confidential and creates no confidential relationship between us, unless we agree otherwise in a signed writing

• We are under no obligation to respond, to grant access, or to keep your submission

No offer; program terms may change

Descriptions of REOEngine features, capabilities, availability, onboarding, beta participation, and pricing on this Site are provided for general information. They are not an offer, a commitment, or a guarantee of availability or price.

Early-access and beta participation are at our sole discretion, and eligibility criteria may change. Any terms of service, pricing, or license grant will be set out in a separate written agreement.

Product features described here may change, be delayed, or be discontinued.

Content on this Site is a description of software. It is not real estate, valuation, legal, financial, or tax advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

REOEngine software supports a licensed broker's own work. Any broker price opinion, monthly status report, or other valuation output produced using REOEngine reflects the judgment of the licensed professional who prepares and approves it. Such output is not an appraisal, is not prepared by a licensed or certified appraiser in that capacity, and is not a substitute for an appraisal where one is required.

The Site may link to third-party websites or resources. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of a third-party site is subject to that site's own terms.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLLABRICON CORPORATION AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Collabricon Corporation and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your breach of these terms.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the effective date above will reflect the most recent version. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
