This Privacy Policy explains how Collabricon Corporation ("REOEngine," "we," "us") handles information collected through www.reoengine.com.

Scope. This policy covers this marketing website only. The REOEngine application at app.reoengine.com is governed by a separate privacy policy and by the agreement between us and the brokerage that licenses it.

Information we collect

Information you give us. If you submit the Request Access form, we collect the name, email address, city and state, monthly BPO/MSR volume, phone number, and any comments you choose to provide.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard technical information when you visit, including IP address, browser type, referring page, and the pages you view. This is used for site operation and security.

We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking on this website.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit for our early-access program, and communicate with you about REOEngine. We use automatically collected technical information to operate, secure, and improve the site.

We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us operate this site, and only for that purpose:

• Framer — website hosting and form handling

• Google (Gmail / Google Workspace) — receives and stores form submissions sent to us by email

We retain Request Access submissions for as long as needed to evaluate and follow up on your inquiry, and thereafter as needed for our records. You may ask us to delete your submission at any time.
